A full version of the panel of my beloved, doomed angel from my present for Rae's birthday(s). (The comic and the creator basically share a birthday.) Why did I bother to draw the full thing when I knew I was only going to use half of it for the comic? Because I fell in love with my 2 doomed angels, that's why.
Aww...poor thing... :: pets him reassuringly :: Don't worry, sweetheart--I'm sure Baxter will eat you quickly... >_> <_< Tlaloc went to special lengths to celebrate Go Fish's 2nd birthday (& Rae's b-day too)! A double-layer (*snerk*) angel food cake...bound by his very own special god-power water-bonds! 100% digital from start to finish. I created and posed the figures in Poser to use as references for each panel. So basically, if it has skin--I had a reference. lol Everything else (clothes, hair, objects, etc) drawn without any hard references. ---------------------------------------------- The full comic that this is from (as well as a small explanation on the premise) can be found here: Angel Food The finished panel from this comic project that almost killed me...can be found as a close-up here: Angel Food--wallpaper My original layout sketch for this project can be found here: Angel Food--rough everything drawn with a Wacom tablet in Photoshop CS 3D figures used for reference created using Poser 7 For those who care what 3D figures I customized for this: Baxter, Tlaloc, Geoffrey, Killian, Trent, Roger created using DAZ's David 3.0 figure & morphs Alex & the angels created using DAZ's Michael 3.0 figure & morphs Baxter (& Tlaloc, Geoffrey, Killian, Trent, Roger, Alex...not pictured here, but are in the full version of this project) & "Go Fish" © This doomed angel (& the other doomed angel in the full version) & art © ME! Again, thank you so much for all your hard work. I was really excited to see these pieces and I am never disappointed by your work.
I'm just ashamed I can't return the favor. You'll just have to come to may apartment and doodle with me.

GO FISH - The story of an Atheist, his Friend and his God.
BLOOD - Aztec Gods, Violence and Stuff.
You're quite welcome--if it hadn't been for you, I would not have been inspired to begin drawing again!
Meeting up for all kinds of hanging-outs (doodling included) would be fantastic! Now we just need to figure out when Yami and I can come...
I didn't know you had a dA account. I have loved your Somethings and sketches when I have seen them, and now I have a way to see them more reliably! Consider yourself watched. ^_~
Also, thank you very much.
I'm glad you liked him--my poor precious (and tasty) angel...
